PSP Ltd. governs by a Board of Directors and manages by an executive committee led by the Chairperson. All the directors and executive members are multi-disciplinary development professionals who are well reputed in this arena. Further, it has an advisory committee consisting with seven renowned development professionals of diverse areas. In addition, it has various levels and disciplined consultants’ pool who could be used as required. Furthermore, PSP Ltd. has full time staffs of 9 professionals that include Economists, Sociologists, Agriculturists, Livestock, Fisheries, Monitoring & Evaluation, Management, Financial, Institutional and Human Resource Development Specialists. In addition, PSP Ltd. is able to draw on the expertise of independent consultants from developed nations to provide support to the full time professional staff and to serve as team members if necessary. The professional staffs assisted by 3 support staff’s as computer personnel and administrators.

CHAIRPERSON:

Rabeya Rowshan, MSS in Anthropology, Jahangir Nagar University and she also obtained another post graduation degree in Gender and Development, Sussex, UK. Ms. Rabeya has more than 15 years experiences in research, review and evaluation of several projects for various national, regional and international organizations with various capacities that includes BRAC, DANIDA, USAID, DFID, DoF, PKSF and Save the Children UK and Sweden-Denmark, Australian Baptist World Aid and Salvation Army Bangladesh.

MANAGING DIRECTOR:

Humayun Kabir, M. Sc. in Fisheries Science and MBA (HRM), is the main contact of the company who has over 20-year experiences as development practitioner particularly in project management. Further, Mr. Kabir has extensive competency on Training, Institutional Capacity Building, Research, Review and Evaluation that he has demonstrated in several national, regional and international organizations with various capacity that includes DFID, DoF, DANIDA, USAID, NACA, WorldFish Center-Bangladesh, PKSF, CLP and Save the Children UK.

Narayan Kumar Bhowmick, MSS in Social Science from Rajshahi University. Mr. Kumar has over 18 years working experiences in the field of Training & Communication; Water, Sanitation & Hygiene and Institutional Capacity Building for NGO Forum, UNICEF, DANIDA, USAID, CARE-B, Water Development Board, PKSF, CLP and Save the Children UK. with various capacities.
