The PSP Ltd. and its core team have done varieties of work in Bangladesh and outside Bangladesh. Although, it has limited experiences but its core team has a wide range of work experiences. The Company’s experiences are given below.

2009 – February 2013: Recruitment, deployment and payroll management of Support staff for Marine Fisheries Capacity Building Project (MFCB), DoF. Funded by Islamic Development Bank.

2009: Preparation of two 10-days training manuals of ToT on Child Protection Focused on Disaster Risk Reduction and Participation of Adolescents in Disaster Risk Reduction Activities and delivered three courses for Partner NGO staff and Government Officials. Contracted by Save the Children UK, Funded by UNICEF-Bangladesh.

2009: Conduction of an evaluation of Emergency Response to Education (ERE) Project Save the Children Alliance leaded by Save the Children UK in Sidr affected areas. Funded by Save the Children UK.

February 2009: Preparation of training module and delivered training course for partner NGO staff of CONCERN-World-wide Bangladesh on "NGO Management". Funded by CONCERN-World-wide Bangladesh

2008: Conduction of the study on “Socio-economic Condition of the Hilsha Fishers Community at Haimchar Upazilla, Chandpur”. The assignment was as sub-contract from PMTC (Bangladesh) Limited and the main client was UDDIPAN, funded by PKSF.

2008: Preparation of training module and conduction of training on Knowledge Management for Practical Action Bangladesh’s staff, Funded by Practical Answer Project, Funded by DFID.

2008: Preparation of training module and conduction of training on Strategic Management for the partner NGOs staff of Australian Baptist World Aid-Bangladesh. Funded by ABWAID-B.

2008: Conduction of a workshop on “100 Day’s Planning for Bangladesh Union Parishad Forum (BUPF)” Organized by RTI and funded by USAID.

2008: Plan and conduction of Community Driven School Health and Nutrition Project at Nasirnagar Upazilla, Brahmanbaria. The project was implemented by NGO Forum for Drinking Water and funded by UNICEF.

2008 – Bangladesh Case Study - Phase-II: Conducted a study on review and evaluation of shrimp prices trends in South and South East Asia as part of a regional study focused the price affect on Shrimp farmers Livelihoods. Funded by NACA. Bangkok, Thailand.

April 2007 - March 2008 - DLGP, RTI/USID, Preparation of Participatory strategic planning of 34 local government institutions (Union Parishads and Municipality) in central north region of Bangladesh with an aim to build capacity of local government institutions (LGI). This assignment comprises with assessing existing capacity of LGIs within the framework of Sustainable Livelihoods Approach. Funded by RTI, USAID.

July 2007 - June 2008 - Chars Livelihoods Programme (CLP) - Lemon Production and Marketing: It was a one year pilot project and the main feature of the project was to establish 300 lemon garden on 300 poor women's household in Bakshigonj Upazilla, Jamalpur with an aim to increase household income through lemon production and establish macro-micro linkage for lemon marketing. Funded by CLP/DFID.

2007 - Department of Women Affairs/UNFPA: Assessment of training needs, preparation of training modules and delivery of training courses on Gender Equality, Reproductive Rights and HIV/AIDS for core team members of the project in Sylhet and Cox's Bazar Districts. Funded by UNFPA.

2007: Plan and Conduction of Baseline Survey at Four Areas of World Vision Bangladesh namely Nalitabari, Kalmakanda, Haluaghat and Dhubaura, funded by World Vision Bangladesh.

July 2006-Jne 2007- Char Livelihood Programme/, Establishment of Local Agricultral Resource Centre in Chars: It was a one year pilot project. The main feature of the project was to establish 20 Local Agricultural Resource Centres in Rajibpur Upazilla, Kurigram equipped with services, information and inputs for agricultural production and marketing with an aim to deliver services to the Chars households. Funded by CLP/DFID.

2006 – UDDIPAN, Consultant: Community Mobilizations Program Involving Imams in Anti-trafficking (COMPIAT), implemented by the UDDIPAN. Assessed the mid term impact of the project and compared baseline findings with the present status of progress. Recommendations for further impact were produced and agreed by the client, Local governments and local administration on trafficking issue. Funded by USAID.

2006 - Char Livelihood Programme(CLP): Assessment of 18 NGOs' capacity and training needs of its staff; development of course curriculums for the NGOs' staff to develop their capacity with an aim to implement the Chars Livelihoods Programme (CLP)'s interventions efficiently within the Sustainable Livelihoods Framework. Funded by CLP/DFID.

2006 –Bangladesh Case Study - Phase-I: Conducted a study on review and evaluation of shrimp prices trends in South and South East Asia as part of a regional study focused the price affect on Shrimp farmers Livelihoods. Funded by NACA. Bangkok, Thailand.

2006: Preparation of Project Management Manual on “Community Driven Watsan Program” in a participatory manner for NGO Forum for Drinking Water funded by DANIDA.

2006: Planning, preparation of training module and deliver two batches 10-days training course on “Public Procurement Regulations 2003” for Fourth Fisheries Project and Department of Fisheries Staff, organized by Fourth Fisheries Project, Funded by World Bank.

2005 - Char Livelihood Programme (CLP): Training inputs for the NGOs involved: 9 Orientation training courses were conducted for the NGO's Leaders involved with CLP on Sustainable Livelihoods Framework. The course was mainly focused on to assess livelihoods of chars dweller using PRA tools and define the key entry points to improve the chars dweller's livelihoods. Funded by DFID.

2005: Preparation of training module and conduction of training on Training of Trainers on Extension Methodology for Department of Fisheries staff, Funded by Fourth Fisheries Project/World Bank.

2004: Consultancy services to conduct an evaluation of Micro-Credit Program to small holding aquaculture implemented by the partner NGOs of MAEP in Mymensingh, Netrokona, Kishoregonj, Jamalpur, Tangail and Gazipur Districts. Funded by FPSU, DANIDA.

2003: Consultancy services to establish an Information/knowledge Centre at Matshya Bhaban, Department of Fisheries, Funded by FPSU DANIDA.
